Szkoła polska za granicą to miejsce, które pomaga dzieciom zachować język, kulturę i więź z ojczyzną, mimo życia w innym kraju. Historia Szkoły Szkoła Polska im. Bohaterów Narwiku przy Ambasadzie RP w Oslo zajmuje szczególne miejsce wśród organizacji polonijnych i stowarzyszeń działających w Oslo. Przez wiele lat funkcjonowała jako filia Szkolnego Punktu Konsultacyjnego w Sztokholmie i uczęszczały do niej dzieci pracowników polskich placówek dyplomatycznych w Norwegii oraz dzieci miejscowej Polonii. Inauguracja pierwszego roku szkolnego 1993/1994 odbyła się 15 września 1993 roku. Pierwszym kierownikiem Filii był Tomasz Rogoziński, który został formalnie powołany na to stanowisko 1 września 1997 roku, gdyż wcześniej (przez dwa lata) pełnił tę funkcję społecznie. W połowie 1997 roku nowym kierownikiem został Marek Szelewicki, a w 2000 roku Krzysztof Bugajewski. Na podstawie rozporządzenia Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 28 listopada 1996 roku w sprawie zasad organizowania kształcenia dzieci obywateli polskich czasowo przebywających za granicą zlikwidowana została Filia Szkolnego Punktu Konsultacyjnego przy Ambasadzie RP w Sztokholmie z siedzibą przy Ambasadzie RP w Oslo, a na jej miejsce powołano Szkolny Punkt Konsultacyjny przy Ambasadzie RP w Oslo. Szkolny Punkt Konsultacyjny przy Ambasadzie RP w Oslo powstał na mocy Decyzji nr 37 Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 8 września 1997 roku. W uzasadnieniu podano, że powołanie samodzielnego punktu jest zasadne, ponieważ gdy zakładano filię uczęszczało do niej kilkunastu uczniów uczących się w systemie korespondencyjnym, natomiast w chwili powołania było ich już 30. Mimo dużych niedogodności wynikających z funkcjonowania w dwóch krajach (Norwegia i Szwecja), egzaminy przeprowadzał kierownik SPK w Sztokholmie, który także kilkakrotnie w ciągu roku odwiedzał Oslo w celu sprawowania nadzoru pedagogicznego. W 1997 roku do filii uczęszczało 30 uczniów kształcących się w systemie uzupełniającym. Zespół wizytujący w marcu 1997 roku stwierdził prawidłowe funkcjonowanie szkoły oraz potrzebę przekształcenia jej w samodzielną jednostkę. Od 1 września 1997 roku struktura organizacyjna obejmowała klasy I–VIII szkoły podstawowej oraz I–IV liceum ogólnokształcącego. Reforma oświaty w 1999 roku wprowadziła nową strukturę: • klasy I–VI szkoły podstawowej, • klasy I–III gimnazjum, • klasy I–III liceum ogólnokształcącego. W latach 2001–2007 szkołą kierował Romuald Iwanow. W latach 2006–2007 funkcję kierownika pełniła również Grażyna Iwanow. Od roku szkolnego 2008/2009 funkcję kierownika pełniła Katarzyna Słabowska-Wachowiak. Pełniła ją do 31 sierpnia 2022 roku. Od 1 września 2022 roku funkcję dyrektora szkoły pełni Iwona Prokop. Kampania Patron Szkoły Uchwałą Rady Pedagogicznej z dnia 23 stycznia 2018 roku oraz przy jednogłośnej akceptacji rodziców na patrona szkoły wybrani zostali Bohaterowie Narwiku. Kampania mająca na celu popularyzację patrona rozpoczęła się 29 stycznia 2018 roku i obejmowała liczne działania edukacyjne oraz konkursy. Decyzją Ministra Edukacji Narodowej Anny Zalewskiej z kwietnia 2019 roku patronem szkoły zostali Bohaterowie Narwiku. Od 1 września 2019 roku Szkolny Punkt Konsultacyjny przekształcono w Szkołę Polską im. Bohaterów Narwiku przy Ambasadzie RP w Oslo. 14 września 2019 roku odbyła się uroczystość nadania imienia oraz poświęcenia sztandaru szkoły. Szkoła nie posiada własnego budynku – pomieszczenia są wynajmowane od szkoły norweskiej. W bibliotece szkolnej przechowywane są nie tylko książki, ale także pomoce dydaktyczne, takie jak atlasy, mapy i materiały edukacyjne.

History of the School The Polish School named after the Heroes of Narvik at the Polish Embassy in Oslo holds a special place among Polish organizations and associations operating in Oslo. For many years it functioned as a branch of the School Consultation Point in Stockholm and was attended by children of employees of Polish diplomatic missions in Norway and children of the local Polish community. The inauguration of the first school year 1993/1994 took place on September 15, 1993. The first head of the Branch was Tomasz Rogozinski, who was formally appointed to the position on September 1, 1997, as he had previously (for two years) held the position on a voluntary basis. Marek Szelewicki became the new manager in mid-1997, and Krzysztof Bugajewski in 2000. Seit dem Schuljahr 2008/2009 hat Katarzyna Słabowska-Wachowiak das Amt der Schulleiterin inne. Sie hatte dieses Amt bis zum 31. August 2022 inne. Seit dem 1. September 2022 hat Iwona Prokop das Amt des Schulleiters inne. Schulpatronatskampagne Durch einen Beschluss des Pädagogischen Rates vom 23. Januar 2018 und mit einstimmiger Zustimmung der Eltern wurden die Helden von Narvik zum Schutzpatron der Schule gewählt. Die Kampagne zur Bekanntmachung des Schutzpatrons begann am 29. Januar 2018 und umfasste zahlreiche pädagogische Aktivitäten und Wettbewerbe. Mit der Entscheidung der Bildungsministerin Anna Zalewska im April 2019 wurden die Helden von Narvik zum Schutzpatron der Schule ernannt. Am 1. September 2019 wurde die Schulberatungsstelle in der polnischen Botschaft in Oslo in die nach den Helden von Narvik benannte polnische Schule umgewandelt. Am 14. September 2019 fanden eine Namensgebungszeremonie und die Einweihung des Banners der Schule statt. Die Schule verfügt nicht über ein eigenes Gebäude - die Räumlichkeiten werden von der norwegischen Schule gemietet. Per decisione del Ministro dell'Educazione Nazionale Anna Zalewska, nell'aprile 2019, gli Eroi di Narvik sono diventati patroni della scuola. A partire dal 1° settembre 2019, il Punto di consultazione della scuola è stato trasformato nella Scuola polacca intitolata agli Eroi di Narvik presso l'Ambasciata polacca di Oslo. Il 14 settembre 2019 si è svolta una cerimonia di intitolazione e la dedica dello striscione della scuola. La scuola non ha un edificio proprio: i locali sono affittati dalla scuola norvegese. Nella biblioteca della scuola sono conservati non solo libri, ma anche strumenti didattici come atlanti, mappe e materiali educativi.

Польська школа за кордоном - це місце, яке допомагає дітям зберегти свою мову, культуру та зв'язок з батьківщиною, незважаючи на проживання в іншій країні. Вона дозволяє учням розвивати свою ідентичність та дізнаватися про історію та традиції Польщі. Це також місце зустрічі, де створюється спільнота та почуття приналежності.

Історія школи Польська школа ім. Героїв Нарвіка при Посольстві Польщі в Осло займає особливе місце серед польських організацій та об'єднань, що діють в Осло. Протягом багатьох років вона функціонувала як філія Шкільного консультаційного пункту в Стокгольмі, і її відвідували діти працівників польських дипломатичних установ у Норвегії та діти місцевої польської громади. Інавгурація першого навчального року 1993/1994 відбулася 15 вересня 1993 року. Першим керівником філії став Томаш Рогозінський, який був офіційно призначений на посаду 1 вересня 1997 року, оскільки до цього (протягом двох років) обіймав цю посаду на громадських засадах. У середині 1997 року новим керівником став Марек Шелевицький, а у 2000 році - Кшиштоф Бугаєвський. На підставі Розпорядження Міністра національної освіти від 28 листопада 1996 року про принципи організації освіти для дітей польських громадян, які тимчасово проживають за кордоном, було ліквідовано філію Шкільного консультаційного пункту при Посольстві Польщі в Стокгольмі з місцем розташування в Посольстві Польщі в Осло, а на його місці створено Шкільний консультаційний пункт при Посольстві Польщі в Осло. Шкільний консультаційний пункт при Посольстві Польщі в Осло був створений рішенням № 37 Міністра національної освіти від 8 вересня 1997 року. В обґрунтуванні зазначалося, що створення незалежної посади було виправдано тим, що на момент створення філії було близько десятка учнів, які навчалися за заочною формою навчання, тоді як на момент створення пункту їх було вже 30. Незважаючи на велику незручність роботи на території двох країн (Норвегії та Швеції), іспити приймалися головою ШПК у Стокгольмі, який також кілька разів протягом року відвідував Осло для здійснення педагогічного нагляду. У 1997 році у філії за додатковою системою навчалося 30 учнів. У березні 1997 року команда, яка відвідала школу, дійшла висновку, що вона функціонує належним чином і що їй необхідно стати незалежною одиницею. З 1 вересня 1997 року організаційна структура складалася з I-VIII класів початкової школи та I-IV класів загальної середньої школи. Освітня реформа 1999 року запровадила нову структуру: - I-VI класи початкової школи, - I-III класи основної школи - загальна середня школа І-ІІІ ступенів. З 2001 по 2007 рік школу очолював Ромуальд Іванов. З 2006 по 2007 рік посаду директора також обіймала Гражина Іванів. З 2008/2009 навчального року посаду директора обіймала Катажина Слабовська-Вахов'як. Вона обіймала цю посаду до 31 серпня 2022 року. З 1 вересня 2022 року посаду директора школи обіймає Івона Прокоп. Кампанія "Шкільний меценат Рішенням педагогічної ради від 23 січня 2018 року та за одностайного схвалення батьків покровителем школи було обрано Героїв Нарвіка. Кампанія з популяризації святого покровителя розпочалася 29 січня 2018 року і включала в себе численні освітні заходи та конкурси. Рішенням міністра національної освіти Анни Залевської у квітні 2019 року Герої Нарвіка стали покровителями школи. З 1 вересня 2019 року Шкільний консультаційний пункт був перетворений на Польську школу імені Героїв Нарвіка при Посольстві Польщі в Осло. 14 вересня 2019 року відбулася церемонія присвоєння назви та посвячення прапора школи. Школа не має власної будівлі - приміщення орендується у норвезької школи. У шкільній бібліотеці зберігаються не лише книжки, але й навчальні посібники, такі як атласи, карти та навчальні матеріали.
