Dzięki połączeniu bogatej historii Lycée International z ambitnym programem zajęć sekcyjnych, tworzymy miejsce, gdzie polskie dziedzictwo staje się dla młodych ludzi przepustką do sukcesów na arenie światowej.

HISTORIA SZKOŁY Idea sekcji narodowych narodziła się we Francji w latach 60. XX wieku, kiedy to Saint-Germain-en-Laye stało się centralną siedzibą NATO. Aby zaspokoić potrzeby rodzin z różnych krajów, utworzono sekcje narodowe, które integrowały francuski system edukacji z nauczaniem w języku ojczystym uczniów. Sekcje narodowe pierwotnie zakładały i nadal oferują zajęcia z języka macierzystego, historii, geografii i wiedzy o świecie w wymiarze 6-9 godzin tygodniowo.  Historia powstania Sekcji Polskiej w Saint-Germain-en-Laye jest ściśle związana z obecnością prestiżowego "Lycée International", szkoły oferującej nauczanie nie tylko w języku francuskim, ale także w językach narodowych na wszystkich poziomach edukacji. Już w latach 80. liczna Polonia zamieszkująca Saint-Germain-en-Laye wyrażała chęć utworzenia szkoły umożliwiającej naukę w języku polskim. Była to inicjatywa wynikająca z potrzeby zachowania tożsamości narodowej oraz rozwijania znajomości języka polskiego, historii i kultury polskiej wśród młodego pokolenia.  Przełomowy dla tej idei był rok 1998. Dzięki determinacji rodaków, wielu osób dobrej woli oraz wsparciu dyrektora Collège "Les Hauts Grillets", powołano do życia Sekcję Polską. Dyrektor Guy Sacaze wraz z polską działaczką społeczną Teresą Froideveau, doprowadzili do uzyskania wymaganej zgody Académie de Versailles na uruchomienie polskiego programu. Inicjatywę tę wspierały również Ambasada RP w Paryżu oraz Ministerstwo Edukacji Narodowej w Warszawie.  Uroczysta inauguracja polskiej klasy w Collège "Les Hauts Grillets" miała miejsce we wrześniu 1998 roku, z udziałem Ambasadora RP Stefana Mellera. Wkrótce potem, dzięki rozmowom Guy’a Sacaze z dyrekcją Lycée International, umożliwiono uczniom kontynuację nauki na poziomie liceum. Yves Lemaire był pierwszym dyrektorem, który powitał Sekcję Polską w tej placówce i stał się symbolem otwartości na uczniów z Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej.  W roku szkolnym 2002/2003 Sekcja Polska w Lycée International została zainaugurowana przez Mariusza Kazanę, Radcę Ambasady RP, w imieniu Ambasadora RP Jana Tombińskiego. Wówczas uczęszczało do niej siedmioro uczniów. Pierwsi maturzyści zdali egzamin w systemie OIB (obecnie BFI) w 2005 roku, zapoczątkowując listę absolwentów Sekcji Polskiej w Lycée International.  We wrześniu 2015 roku Sekcja Polska rozszerzyła swoją działalność o poziom szkoły podstawowej w École Élémentaire "Marie Curie", której ceremonii otwarcia przewodniczył Ambasador RP Andrzej Byrt. Od tej pory Sekcja Polska w Saint-Germain-en-Laye działa na trzech poziomach edukacji: szkoła podstawowa (od 2015 r.), collège (od 1998 r.) i liceum (od 2002 r.). W roku szkolnym 2023/2024 roku Sekcja Polska obchodziła 25-lecie istnienia, a w bieżącym roku szkolnym, 2025/2026, świętujemy 10-lecie sekcji na poziomie szkoły podstawowej. Pierwszą funkcję Kierownika Sekcji Polskiej, z nadania Iwony Pugacewicz, byłej dyrektorki Szkoły Polskiej w Paryżu, pełniła w latach 2002–2022 Lidia Tarkowska-Beyrand. Od września 2022 roku funkcję tę sprawuje Agnieszka Sygowska-Kalmus. Obecnie kadrę pedagogiczną Sekcji Polskiej tworzy zespół wykwalifikowanych nauczycieli: Lidia Tarkowska-Beyrand, Małgorzata Młynarczyk, Agnieszka Sygowska-Kalmus, Grażyna Święciechowska, Amelia Ciepiela oraz Anna Czaja. W przeszłości w Sekcji pracowali także: Joanna Alt, Paweł Lipiec, Dominika Kulig, Grażyna Faber-Lafont, Danuta Charlon, Honorata Ołdakowska-Bescond, Edyta Karska, Ewa Becker i Alina Durand.  Istotną rolę w Sekcji odgrywa Stowarzyszenie Rodziców Sekcji Polskiej, założone w 2002 roku. Jego celem jest wspieranie edukacji dzieci i współpraca z kadrą nauczycieli. Stowarzyszenie współorganizuje wydarzenia kulturalne, takie jak: Ślubowanie klas pierwszych, Studniówkę, Mikołajki, koncerty, wycieczki. Ze środków stowarzyszenia finansowane są również pomoce dydaktyczne, księgozbiór oraz bieżące potrzeby Sekcji.  Obecnie do Sekcji Polskiej uczęszcza 132 uczniów, którzy pielęgnują polskość, jednocześnie kształtując pozytywny wizerunek Polski w międzynarodowym środowisku szkoły.  NAJWAŻNIEJSZE SUKCESY I WYRÓŻNIENIA NASZEJ PLACÓWKI ODZNACZENIE SENATU RP Z okazji jubileuszu 25-lecia istnienia, Sekcja została uhonorowana Medalem Senatu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w dowód uznania za zasługi w krzewieniu języka polskiego, kultury i tradycji narodowych poza granicami kraju. 3.MIEJSCE W RANKINGU LICEÓW OGÓLNOKSZTAŁCĄCYCH WE FRANCJI " LE FIGARO" W tym roku nasze liceum zajęło prestiżowe 3. miejsce w ogólnokrajowym rankingu publicznych szkół średnich we Francji przygotowanym przez dziennik Le Figaro, co potwierdza najwyższy poziom nauczania i skuteczność w przygotowaniu uczniów do matury. TYTUŁ "SZKOŁY OLIMPIJCZYKA" Od 5 lat placówka otrzymuje to wyróżnienie dzięki wybitnym wynikom naszych uczniów w Olimpiadach Historii Polski dla Polonii i Polaków za granicą. TYTUŁ "SZKOŁY 1000-LECIA KRÓLESTWA POLSKIEGO" Sekcja znalazła się w gronie zwycięzców międzynarodowego programu edukacyjnego Muzeum Historii Polski. W obliczu ogromnej konkurencji (ponad 1200 zgłoszonych szkół), nasza placówka otrzymała tytuł „Szkoły 1000-lecia Królestwa Polskiego”, potwierdzający najwyższą jakość edukacji historycznej. ZWYCIĘSTWA W KONKURSACH "PATRIA NOSTRA" Od wielu lat uczniowie sekcji zajmują czołowe miejsca w Międzynarodowym Konkursie Historycznym „Patria Nostra”, tworząc innowacyjne projekty filmowe popularyzujące historię Polski. WYBITNE WYNIKI MATURALNE: 100% ZDAWALNOSCI MIEDZYNARODOWEJ MATURY FRANCUSKIEJ(BFI) Z WYRÓŻNIENIEM Ten stuprocentowy wskaźnik sukcesu oraz fakt, że każdy z naszych abiturientów kończy liceum z „mention”, jest najlepszym dowodem na niezwykłą ambicję młodzieży oraz skuteczność programu realizowanego w ramach zajęć sekcyjnych. ZWYCIĘSTWA W KONKURSACH RECYTATORSKICH I PLASTYCZNYCH Coroczne sukcesy w konkursach plastycznych i recytatorskich organizowanych przez ORPEG i Konsulat Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w Paryżu a także inne instytucje oświatowe we Francji i Polsce. Dzięki swojej wiedzy, pasji oraz determinacji uczniowie osiągają znaczące sukcesy zarówno we Francji jak i na szczeblu międzynarodowym. WYDARZENIA KULTURALNE i NAUKOWE Sekcja regularnie organizuje wydarzenia, takie jak Koncert Wiosenny, który łączy literaturę z muzyką oraz tradycyjny Bal Studniówkowy, podczas którego uczniowie wspólnie z rówieśnikami z Paryża celebrują polskie tradycje, m.in. uroczyście tańcząc poloneza. Ponadto zapraszamy ekspertów, naukowców i ludzi kultury, którzy prowadzą dla uczniów specjalistyczne wykłady oraz warsztaty edukacyjne. WYCIECZKI SZKOLNE Stałym elementem programu są wyjazdy do kraju, m.in. do Warszawy, Krakowa, Wrocławia czy Gdańska. By combining Lycée International's rich history with an ambitious program of sectional activities, we are creating a place where Polish heritage becomes a ticket for young people to succeed on the world stage.

HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL The idea of national sections was born in France in the 1960s, when Saint-Germain-en-Laye became the central headquarters of NATO. To meet the needs of families from different countries, national sections were created to integrate the French education system with instruction in the students' native language. The national sections originally established and continue to offer classes in the mother tongue, history, geography and world knowledge at a rate of 6-9 hours per week. The history of the establishment of the Polish Section in Saint-Germain-en-Laye is closely linked to the presence of the prestigious "Lycée International," a school offering instruction not only in French, but also in national languages at all levels of education. As early as the 1980s, the large Polish community residing in Saint-Germain-en-Laye expressed a desire to establish a school that would allow instruction in Polish. This was an initiative stemming from the need to preserve national identity and develop knowledge of the Polish language, history and culture among the younger generation. The year 1998 was a breakthrough for this idea. Thanks to the determination of compatriots, many people of good will and the support of the director of Collège "Les Hauts Grillets", the Polish Section was established. Director Guy Sacaze, together with Polish social activist Teresa Froideveau, led the effort to obtain the required approval from the Académie de Versailles to launch the Polish program. The initiative was also supported by the Polish Embassy in Paris and the Ministry of National Education in Warsaw. The ceremonial inauguration of the Polish class at Collège "Les Hauts Grillets" took place in September 1998, with the participation of Polish Ambassador Stefan Meller. Shortly thereafter, thanks to Guy Sacaze's discussions with the management of Lycée International, students were allowed to continue their education at the high school level. Yves Lemaire was the first director to welcome the Polish Section to the institution and became a symbol of openness to students from Central and Eastern Europe. In the 2002/2003 school year, the Polish Section at Lycée International was inaugurated by Mariusz Kazana, Counselor of the Polish Embassy, on behalf of Polish Ambassador Jan Tombinski. At the time, it was attended by seven students. The first high school graduates took the OIB (now BFI) exam in 2005, launching the list of graduates of the Polish Section at Lycée International. In September 2015, the Polish Section expanded to the elementary school level at École Élémentaire "Marie Curie," whose opening ceremony was presided over by Polish Ambassador Andrzej Byrt. Since then, the Polish Section in Saint-Germain-en-Laye has operated at three levels of education: elementary school (since 2015), collège (since 1998) and high school (since 2002). In the 2023/2024 school year, the Polish Section celebrated its 25th anniversary, and in the current school year, 2025/2026, we are celebrating the section's 10th anniversary at the elementary school level. The first function of the Head of the Polish Section, by the appointment of Iwona Pugacewicz, former headmistress of the Polish School in Paris, was held from 2002-2022 by Lidia Tarkowska-Beyrand. Since September 2022, this function has been held by Agnieszka Sygowska-Kalmus. Currently, the teaching staff of the Polish Section consists of a team of qualified teachers: Lidia Tarkowska-Beyrand, Malgorzata Mlynarczyk, Agnieszka Sygowska-Kalmus, Grazyna Swieciechowska, Amelia Ciepiela and Anna Czaja. In the past, the Section also worked with: Joanna Alt, Paweł Lipiec, Dominika Kulig, Grażyna Faber-Lafont, Danuta Charlon, Honorata Oldakowska-Bescond, Edyta Karska, Ewa Becker and Alina Durand. An important role in the Section is played by the Association of Parents of the Polish Section, founded in 2002. Its goal is to support children's education and cooperate with the teaching staff. The association co-organizes cultural events, such as the First Graders' Vow, Prom, Santa Claus, concerts and trips. The association's funds also finance teaching aids, the book collection and the Section's current needs. Currently, 132 students attend the Polish Section, which nurtures Polishness while shaping a positive image of Poland in the school's international environment. THE MOST IMPORTANT SUCCESSES AND AWARDS OF OUR INSTITUTION AWARD OF THE SENATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, the Section was awarded the Medal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland in recognition of its contribution to the propagation of the Polish language, culture and national traditions abroad. 3RD PLACE IN THE RANKING OF HIGH SCHOOLS IN FRANCE " LE FIGARO". This year, our high school took the prestigious 3rd place in the national ranking of public high schools in France prepared by the daily Le Figaro, which confirms the highest level of teaching and effectiveness in preparing students for matriculation. TITLE OF "OLYMPIAN SCHOOL" For the past 5 years, the institution has received this distinction thanks to the outstanding results of our students in the Polish History Olympiads for Poles and Poles abroad. TITLE OF "SCHOOL OF THE 1000TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE KINGDOM OF POLAND" The section was among the winners of the international educational program of the Museum of Polish History. In the face of tremendous competition (more than 1,200 schools entered), our institution received the title of "School of the 1000th anniversary of the Polish Kingdom," confirming the highest quality of historical education. VICTORIES IN "PATRIA NOSTRA" COMPETITIONS For many years, the section's students have taken leading places in the International Historical Contest "Patria Nostra", creating innovative film projects popularizing Polish history. OUTSTANDING BACCALAUREATE RESULTS: 100% PASS RATE OF THE INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE OF FRANCE(BFI) WITH DISTINCTION. This 100% success rate, as well as the fact that each of our abiturients is graduating from high school with a "mention," is the best proof of the extraordinary ambition of young people and the effectiveness of the program implemented in sectional classes. VICTORIES IN RECITATION AND ART CONTESTS Annual successes in art and recitation competitions organized by ORPEG and the Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Paris, as well as other educational institutions in France and Poland. Thanks to their knowledge, passion and determination, students achieve significant success both in France and at the international level. CULTURAL AND SCIENTIFIC EVENTS The section regularly organizes events such as the Spring Concert, which combines literature and music, and the traditional Prom Ball, during which students celebrate Polish traditions with their peers in Paris, including ceremonially dancing the Polonaise. In addition, we invite experts, scientists and cultural figures to give specialized lectures and educational workshops for the students. SCHOOL TRIPS A permanent element of the program are trips to the country, including Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw and Gdansk. Young people visit places that are key to Polish history and culture, which allows them to build ties with their country of origin. ................................................................... GESCHICHTE DER SCHULE Die Idee der nationalen Sektionen wurde in Frankreich in den 1960er Jahren geboren, als Saint-Germain-en-Laye zum Hauptquartier der NATO wurde. Um den Bedürfnissen von Familien aus verschiedenen Ländern gerecht zu werden, wurden nationale Sektionen eingerichtet, um das französische Bildungssystem mit dem Unterricht in der Muttersprache der Schüler zu verbinden. Die nationalen Sektionen boten und bieten immer noch Unterricht in der Muttersprache, Geschichte, Geografie und Weltwissen im Umfang von 6-9 Stunden pro Woche an. Die Geschichte der Gründung der polnischen Sektion in Saint-Germain-en-Laye ist eng mit der Existenz des renommierten "Lycée International" verbunden, einer Schule, die nicht nur Unterricht in Französisch, sondern auch in den Landessprachen auf allen Bildungsebenen anbietet. Bereits in den 1980er Jahren äußerte die große polnische Gemeinschaft, die in Saint-Germain-en-Laye lebt, den Wunsch, eine Schule zu gründen, in der Polnisch unterrichtet wird. Diese Initiative entsprang dem Bedürfnis, die nationale Identität zu bewahren und der jungen Generation Kenntnisse der polnischen Sprache, Geschichte und Kultur zu vermitteln. 1998 war das Jahr des Durchbruchs für diese Idee: Dank der Entschlossenheit von Landsleuten, vieler Menschen guten Willens und der Unterstützung des Direktors des Collège "Les Hauts Grillets" wurde die polnische Abteilung gegründet. Direktor Guy Sacaze sorgte gemeinsam mit der polnischen Sozialaktivistin Teresa Froideveau für die erforderliche Genehmigung der Académie de Versailles, um das polnische Programm zu starten. Die Initiative wurde auch von der polnischen Botschaft in Paris und dem Ministerium für nationale Bildung in Warschau unterstützt. Die feierliche Einweihung der polnischen Klasse am Collège "Les Hauts Grillets" fand im September 1998 in Anwesenheit des polnischen Botschafters Stefan Meller statt. Kurz darauf wurde dank der Gespräche von Guy Sacaze mit der Leitung des Lycée International die Möglichkeit geschaffen, dass die Schüler ihre Ausbildung in der Sekundarstufe fortsetzen können. Yves Lemaire war der erste Direktor, der die polnische Sektion in der Einrichtung willkommen hieß, und wurde zu einem Symbol der Offenheit gegenüber Schülern aus Mittel- und Osteuropa. Im Schuljahr 2002/2003 wurde die polnische Sektion am Lycée International von Mariusz Kazana, Botschaftsrat der polnischen Botschaft, im Namen des polnischen Botschafters Jan Tombinski eingeweiht. Damals besuchten sieben Schüler die Sektion. Die ersten Abiturienten legten 2005 die OIB-Prüfung (jetzt BFI-Prüfung) ab und eröffneten damit die Liste der Absolventen der polnischen Sektion am Lycée International. Im September 2015 wurde die polnische Sektion auf die Primarstufe der École Élémentaire "Marie Curie" ausgeweitet, deren Eröffnungsfeier vom polnischen Botschafter Andrzej Byrt geleitet wurde. Seitdem ist die polnische Sektion in Saint-Germain-en-Laye auf drei Bildungsebenen tätig: Grundschule (seit 2015), Collège (seit 1998) und Gymnasium (seit 2002). Im Schuljahr 2023/2024 feierte die polnische Sektion ihr 25-jähriges Bestehen und im laufenden Schuljahr 2025/2026 feiern wir das 10-jährige Bestehen der Sektion auf der Primarstufe. Das erste Amt des Leiters der polnischen Sektion wurde auf Vorschlag von Iwona Pugacewicz, der ehemaligen Direktorin der polnischen Schule in Paris, von 2002 bis 2022 von Lidia Tarkowska-Beyrand ausgeübt. Seit September 2022 wird diese Funktion von Agnieszka Sygowska-Kalmus ausgeübt. Derzeit besteht der Lehrkörper der polnischen Sektion aus einem Team qualifizierter Lehrer: Lidia Tarkowska-Beyrand, Małgorzata Młynarczyk, Agnieszka Sygowska-Kalmus, Grażyna Święciechowska, Amelia Ciepiela und Anna Czaja. In der Vergangenheit hat die Fachgruppe auch mit folgenden Personen zusammengearbeitet: Joanna Alt, Paweł Lipiec, Dominika Kulig, Grażyna Faber-Lafont, Danuta Charlon, Honorata Ołdakowska-Bescond, Edyta Karska, Ewa Becker und Alina Durand. Die 2002 gegründete Elternvereinigung der polnischen Sektion spielt eine wichtige Rolle in der Sektion. Sein Ziel ist es, die Erziehung der Kinder zu unterstützen und mit den Lehrkräften zusammenzuarbeiten. Der Verein organisiert kulturelle Veranstaltungen wie das Gelöbnis der Erstklässler, den Abschlussball, den Nikolaustag, Konzerte und Ausflüge mit. Aus den Mitteln des Vereins werden auch Lehrmittel, die Büchersammlung und der laufende Bedarf der Sektion finanziert. Die polnische Sektion wird derzeit von 132 Schülern besucht, die das Polentum pflegen und gleichzeitig ein positives Bild von Polen im internationalen Umfeld der Schule vermitteln. DIE WICHTIGSTEN ERFOLGE UND AUSZEICHNUNGEN UNSERER SCHULE AUSZEICHNUNG DURCH DEN SENAT DER REPUBLIK POLEN Anlässlich ihres 25-jährigen Bestehens wurde die Sektion in Anerkennung ihres Beitrags zur Verbreitung der polnischen Sprache, Kultur und nationalen Traditionen im Ausland mit der Medaille des Senats der Republik Polen ausgezeichnet. 3. PLATZ IN DER "LE FIGARO"-RANGLISTE DER GYMNASIEN IN FRANKREICH In diesem Jahr belegte unser Gymnasium den prestigeträchtigen 3. Platz in der nationalen Rangliste der öffentlichen Gymnasien in Frankreich, die von der Tageszeitung "Le Figaro" erstellt wurde und die das höchste Niveau des Unterrichts und die Effizienz bei der Vorbereitung der Schüler auf das Abitur bestätigt. TITEL EINER "OLYMPISCHEN SCHULE Seit 5 Jahren erhält die Schule diese Auszeichnung dank der hervorragenden Ergebnisse unserer Schüler bei den polnischen Geschichtsolympiaden für Polen und Polen im Ausland. TITEL "SCHULE DES 1000-JÄHRIGEN JUBILÄUMS DES KÖNIGREICHS POLEN" Die Sektion gehörte zu den Gewinnern des internationalen Bildungsprogramms des Polnischen Geschichtsmuseums. Angesichts der enormen Konkurrenz (mehr als 1 200 Schulen haben sich beworben) wurde unsere Einrichtung mit dem Titel "Schule des 1000-jährigen Jubiläums des Königreichs Polen" ausgezeichnet, der die höchste Qualität der historischen Bildung bestätigt. SIEGE BEI "PATRIA NOSTRA"-WETTBEWERBEN Seit vielen Jahren belegen die Schüler der Sektion Spitzenplätze beim internationalen Geschichtswettbewerb "Patria Nostra", indem sie innovative Filmprojekte zur Popularisierung der polnischen Geschichte erstellen. HERVORRAGENDE MATURAERGEBNISSE: 100 % BESTEHENSQUOTE DES FRANZÖSISCHEN INTERNATIONALEN ABITURS (BFI) MIT AUSZEICHNUNG Diese Erfolgsquote von 100 % und die Tatsache, dass jeder unserer Absolventen die Schule mit einer "Erwähnung" abschließt, ist der beste Beweis für den außergewöhnlichen Ehrgeiz unserer Jugendlichen und die Wirksamkeit unseres Sektionsprogramms. SIEGE BEI REZITATIONS- UND KUNSTWETTBEWERBEN Jährliche Erfolge bei Kunst- und Rezitationswettbewerben, die von der ORPEG und dem polnischen Konsulat in Paris sowie von anderen Bildungseinrichtungen in Frankreich und Polen organisiert werden. Dank ihres Wissens, ihrer Leidenschaft und ihrer Entschlossenheit erzielen die Schüler sowohl in Frankreich als auch auf internationaler Ebene beachtliche Erfolge. HISTOIRE DE L'ÉCOLE L'idée des sections nationales est née en France dans les années 1960, lorsque Saint-Germain-en-Laye est devenu le siège central de l'OTAN. Pour répondre aux besoins des familles originaires de différents pays, des sections nationales ont été créées pour intégrer le système éducatif français avec un enseignement dans la langue maternelle des élèves. Les sections nationales ont mis en place et proposent toujours des cours de langue maternelle, d'histoire, de géographie et de connaissance du monde à raison de 6 à 9 heures par semaine. L'histoire de la création de la section polonaise à Saint-Germain-en-Laye est étroitement liée à la présence du prestigieux "Lycée international", une école offrant un enseignement non seulement en français mais aussi en langues nationales à tous les niveaux d'enseignement. Dès les années 1980, l'importante communauté polonaise vivant à Saint-Germain-en-Laye a exprimé le souhait de créer une école permettant l'enseignement en polonais. Cette initiative répondait à la nécessité de préserver l'identité nationale et de développer la connaissance de la langue, de l'histoire et de la culture polonaises auprès des jeunes générations. L'année 1998 a été une année charnière pour cette idée : grâce à la détermination de compatriotes, à de nombreuses bonnes volontés et au soutien du directeur du collège "Les Hauts Grillets", la section polonaise a pu voir le jour. Le directeur Guy Sacaze, en collaboration avec l'activiste sociale polonaise Teresa Froideveau, a obtenu de l'Académie de Versailles l'autorisation de lancer le programme polonais. L'initiative a également été soutenue par l'ambassade de Pologne à Paris et le ministère de l'éducation nationale à Varsovie. L'inauguration officielle de la classe polonaise au Collège "Les Hauts Grillets" a eu lieu en septembre 1998, en présence de l'Ambassadeur de Pologne Stefan Meller. Peu de temps après, grâce aux discussions de Guy Sacaze avec la direction du Lycée International, il a été possible aux élèves de poursuivre leurs études au niveau secondaire. Yves Lemaire est le premier directeur à accueillir la section polonaise dans l'établissement et devient le symbole de l'ouverture aux élèves d'Europe centrale et orientale. Au cours de l'année scolaire 2002/2003, la section polonaise du Lycée International a été inaugurée par Mariusz Kazana, Conseiller de l'Ambassade de Pologne, au nom de l'Ambassadeur de Pologne Jan Tombinski. A l'époque, elle comptait sept élèves. Les premiers diplômés du lycée ont passé l'examen de l'OIB (aujourd'hui BFI) en 2005, initiant ainsi la liste des diplômés de la section polonaise du Lycée International. En septembre 2015, la section polonaise s'est étendue au niveau de l'école primaire à l'école élémentaire "Marie Curie", dont la cérémonie d'ouverture a été présidée par l'ambassadeur polonais Andrzej Byrt. Depuis, la section polonaise de Saint-Germain-en-Laye fonctionne sur trois niveaux d'enseignement : l'école primaire (depuis 2015), le collège (depuis 1998) et le lycée (depuis 2002). Au cours de l'année scolaire 2023/2024, la section polonaise a célébré son 25e anniversaire et au cours de l'année scolaire actuelle, 2025/2026, nous célébrons les 10 ans de la section au niveau de l'école primaire. Le premier poste de responsable de la section polonaise, sur nomination d'Iwona Pugacewicz, ancienne directrice de l'école polonaise de Paris, a été occupé par Lidia Tarkowska-Beyrand de 2002 à 2022. Depuis septembre 2022, cette fonction est assurée par Agnieszka Sygowska-Kalmus. Actuellement, le corps enseignant de la section polonaise se compose d'une équipe d'enseignants qualifiés : Lidia Tarkowska-Beyrand, Małgorzata Młynarczyk, Agnieszka Sygowska-Kalmus, Grażyna Święciechowska, Amelia Ciepiela et Anna Czaja. Dans le passé, la section a également travaillé avec : Joanna Alt, Paweł Lipiec, Dominika Kulig, Grażyna Faber-Lafont, Danuta Charlon, Honorata Ołdakowska-Bescond, Edyta Karska, Ewa Becker et Alina Durand. L'Association des parents de la section polonaise, fondée en 2002, joue un rôle important au sein de la section. Son objectif est de soutenir l'éducation des enfants et de coopérer avec le personnel enseignant. L'association co-organise des événements culturels, tels que le vœu des élèves de première année, le bal de fin d'année, la Saint-Nicolas, des concerts et des voyages. Les fonds de l'association permettent également de financer des outils pédagogiques, la collection de livres et les besoins courants de la section. La section polonaise compte actuellement 132 élèves qui cultivent la polonité tout en façonnant une image positive de la Pologne dans l'environnement international de l'école. LES PLUS IMPORTANTES RÉUSSITES ET RÉCOMPENSES DE NOTRE ÉCOLE PRIX DU SÉNAT DE LA RÉPUBLIQUE DE POLOGNE À l'occasion de son 25e anniversaire, la section a reçu la médaille du Sénat de la République de Pologne en reconnaissance de sa contribution à la propagation de la langue, de la culture et des traditions nationales polonaises à l'étranger. 3ÈME PLACE DANS LE CLASSEMENT "LE FIGARO" DES LYCÉES DE FRANCE Cette année, notre lycée a obtenu la prestigieuse 3ème place du classement national des lycées publics de France établi par le quotidien Le Figaro, qui confirme le plus haut niveau d'enseignement et d'efficacité dans la préparation des élèves au baccalauréat. TITRE D'"ÉCOLE OLYMPIENNE Depuis 5 ans, l'école reçoit cette distinction grâce aux résultats exceptionnels de nos élèves aux Olympiades d'Histoire de Pologne pour les Polonais et les Polonais de l'étranger. TITRE D'"ÉCOLE DU 1000E ANNIVERSAIRE DU ROYAUME DE POLOGNE" La section a figuré parmi les lauréats du programme éducatif international du Musée d'histoire de Pologne. Face à une énorme concurrence (plus de 1 200 écoles inscrites), notre institution a reçu le titre d'"école du 1000e anniversaire du royaume de Pologne", confirmant la plus haute qualité de l'enseignement historique. HISTORIA DE LA ESCUELA La idea de las secciones nacionales nació en Francia en los años sesenta, cuando Saint-Germain-en-Laye se convirtió en la sede central de la OTAN. Para responder a las necesidades de las familias de diferentes países, se crearon secciones nacionales para integrar el sistema educativo francés con la enseñanza en la lengua materna de los alumnos. Las secciones nacionales crearon y siguen ofreciendo clases de lengua materna, historia, geografía y conocimiento del mundo a razón de 6-9 horas semanales. La historia de la creación de la Sección Polaca en Saint-Germain-en-Laye está estrechamente ligada a la presencia del prestigioso "Lycée International", una escuela que ofrece enseñanza no sólo en francés, sino también en las lenguas nacionales en todos los niveles educativos. Ya en los años 80, la numerosa comunidad polaca residente en Saint-Germain-en-Laye expresó su deseo de crear una escuela que permitiera la enseñanza en polaco. En la actualidad, la Sección Polaca cuenta con 132 alumnos, que cultivan el polaco al tiempo que forjan una imagen positiva de Polonia en el entorno internacional de la escuela. LOS ÉXITOS Y PREMIOS MÁS IMPORTANTES DE NUESTRA ESCUELA PREMIO DEL SENADO DE LA REPÚBLICA DE POLONIA Con motivo de su 25 aniversario, la Sección recibió la Medalla del Senado de la República de Polonia en reconocimiento a su contribución a la propagación de la lengua, la cultura y las tradiciones nacionales polacas en el extranjero. 3ER PUESTO EN LA CLASIFICACIÓN "LE FIGARO" DE LOS INSTITUTOS DE ENSEÑANZA SECUNDARIA DE FRANCIA Este año, nuestro instituto obtuvo el prestigioso 3er puesto en la clasificación nacional de institutos públicos de Francia elaborada por el diario Le Figaro, que confirma el nivel más alto de enseñanza y eficacia en la preparación de los alumnos para el bachillerato. TÍTULO DE "ESCUELA OLÍMPICA Desde hace 5 años, la escuela ha recibido esta distinción gracias a los excelentes resultados de nuestros alumnos en las Olimpiadas de Historia de Polonia para polacos y polacos en el extranjero. Per rispondere alle esigenze delle famiglie provenienti da diversi Paesi, furono create delle sezioni nazionali per integrare il sistema scolastico francese con l'insegnamento nella lingua madre degli alunni. Le sezioni nazionali hanno creato e offrono tuttora lezioni di lingua madre, storia, geografia e conoscenza del mondo per 6-9 ore alla settimana. La storia della creazione della sezione polacca a Saint-Germain-en-Laye è strettamente legata alla presenza del prestigioso "Lycée International", una scuola che offre istruzione non solo in francese ma anche nelle lingue nazionali a tutti i livelli di istruzione. Già negli anni '80, la numerosa comunità polacca che vive a Saint-Germain-en-Laye ha espresso il desiderio di creare una scuola che offrisse un insegnamento in polacco. I fondi dell'associazione finanziano anche i sussidi didattici, la collezione di libri e le necessità correnti della Sezione. La sezione polacca è attualmente frequentata da 132 alunni, che coltivano il polacco e danno un'immagine positiva della Polonia nell'ambiente internazionale della scuola. I PIÙ IMPORTANTI SUCCESSI E RICONOSCIMENTI DELLA NOSTRA SCUOLA PREMIO DEL SENATO DELLA REPUBBLICA DI POLONIA In occasione del suo 25° anniversario, la Sezione è stata insignita della Medaglia del Senato della Repubblica di Polonia in riconoscimento del suo contributo alla propagazione della lingua, della cultura e delle tradizioni nazionali polacche all'estero. 3° POSTO NELLA CLASSIFICA "LE FIGARO" DEI LICEI IN FRANCIA Quest'anno la nostra scuola secondaria ha ottenuto il prestigioso 3° posto nella classifica nazionale delle scuole secondarie pubbliche in Francia stilata dal quotidiano Le Figaro, che conferma il più alto livello di insegnamento e di efficacia nella preparazione degli studenti alla maturità. TITOLO DI "SCUOLA OLIMPICA Negli ultimi 5 anni, la scuola ha ricevuto questa onorificenza grazie agli eccellenti risultati ottenuti dai nostri studenti nelle Olimpiadi di Storia polacca per polacchi e polacchi all'estero. ІСТОРІЯ ШКОЛИ Ідея національних секцій народилася у Франції в 1960-х роках, коли Сен-Жермен-ан-Ле став центральною штаб-квартирою НАТО. Щоб задовольнити потреби сімей з різних країн, були створені національні секції для інтеграції французької системи освіти з викладанням рідною мовою учнів. Національні секції спочатку пропонували і продовжують пропонувати заняття з рідної мови, історії, географії і пізнання світу в обсязі 6-9 годин на тиждень. Історія створення польської секції в Сен-Жермен-ан-Ле тісно пов'язана з наявністю престижного "Міжнародного ліцею", школи, що пропонує навчання не лише французькою, але й національними мовами на всіх рівнях освіти. Ще в 1980-х роках велика польська громада, що проживає в Сен-Жермен-ан-Ле, висловила бажання створити школу з викладанням польською мовою. Ця ініціатива була викликана необхідністю зберегти національну ідентичність і розвивати знання польської мови, історії та культури серед молодого покоління. 1998 рік став переломним для цієї ідеї. Завдяки рішучості співвітчизників, багатьом людям доброї волі та підтримці директора коледжу "Les Hauts Grillets" було створено польську секцію. Директор Гі Саказе разом з польською громадською активісткою Терезою Фройдево отримали необхідний дозвіл від Версальської академії на запуск польської програми. Ініціативу також підтримали Посольство Польщі в Парижі та Міністерство національної освіти у Варшаві. Урочисте відкриття польського класу в коледжі "Les Hauts Grillets" відбулося у вересні 1998 року за участю посла Польщі Стефана Меллера. Незабаром після цього, завдяки переговорам Гі Саказе з керівництвом Міжнародного ліцею, стало можливим продовження навчання учнів на рівні середньої школи. Ів Лемер був першим директором, який привітав польську секцію в закладі і став символом відкритості до студентів з Центральної та Східної Європи. У 2002/2003 навчальному році польську секцію Міжнародного ліцею відкрив Маріуш Казана, радник Посольства Польщі, від імені посла Польщі Яна Томбінського. На той час її відвідувало семеро учнів. Перші випускники гімназії склали іспит OIB (тепер BFI) у 2005 році, започаткувавши список випускників польської секції Міжнародного ліцею. У вересні 2015 року польська секція розширилася до рівня початкової школи в Елітарній школі "Марія Кюрі", на церемонії відкриття якої головував посол Польщі Анджей Бирт. Відтоді Польський відділ у Сен-Жермен-ан-Ле діє на трьох рівнях освіти: початкова школа (з 2015 року), коледж (з 1998 року) та старша школа (з 2002 року). У 2023/2024 навчальному році польська секція відсвяткувала своє 25-річчя, а в поточному, 2025/2026 навчальному році ми святкуємо 10-річчя секції на рівні початкової школи. Першу посаду голови польської секції, за номінацією Івони Пугачевич, колишньої директорки Польської школи в Парижі, з 2002 по 2022 рік обіймала Лідія Тарковська-Бейранд. З вересня 2022 року цю посаду обіймає Аґнєшка Сиґовська-Кальмус. Наразі викладацький склад польської секції складається з команди кваліфікованих викладачів: Лідії Тарковської-Бейранд, Малґожати Млинарчик, Аґнєшки Сиґовської-Кальмус, Ґражини Свєнціховської, Амелії Цепели та Анни Чаї. У минулому Секція також співпрацювала з: Йоанна Альт, Павел Ліпєц, Домініка Куліґ, Гражина Фабер-Лафон, Данута Шарлон, Гонората Олдаковська-Бесконд, Едіта Карська, Єва Беккер та Аліна Дюран. Важливу роль у польській секції відіграє Асоціація батьків польської секції, заснована у 2002 році. Її метою є підтримка навчання дітей та співпраця з педагогічним колективом. Асоціація є співорганізатором культурних заходів, таких як Присяга першокласників, випускний бал, День святого Миколая, концерти та поїздки. Кошти асоціації також використовуються для фінансування навчальних посібників, книжкової колекції та поточних потреб секції. Польську секцію наразі відвідують 132 учні, які плекають польську культуру та формують позитивний імідж Польщі в міжнародному середовищі школи. НАЙВАЖЛИВІШІ УСПІХИ ТА НАГОРОДИ НАШОЇ ШКОЛИ НАГОРОДА СЕНАТУ РЕСПУБЛІКИ ПОЛЬЩА З нагоди свого 25-річчя Відділ був нагороджений Медаллю Сенату Республіки Польща за внесок у поширення польської мови, культури та національних традицій за кордоном. 3 МІСЦЕ В РЕЙТИНГУ ГІМНАЗІЙ ФРАНЦІЇ ЗА ВЕРСІЄЮ "LE FIGARO" Цього року наша гімназія посіла престижне 3 місце в національному рейтингу державних середніх шкіл Франції, підготовленому щоденною газетою "Le Figaro", що підтверджує найвищий рівень викладання та ефективність у підготовці учнів до бакалаврату. ЗВАННЯ "ОЛІМПІЙСЬКА ШКОЛА Протягом останніх 5 років школа отримує цю відзнаку завдяки видатним результатам наших учнів на олімпіадах з історії Польщі для поляків та поляків за кордоном.
